HR Compliance Coordinator
A company is looking for an HR Compliance Coordinator to ensure adherence to HR regulations and support compliance efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and stay updated on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Conduct internal audits and assist in the development and communication of HR policies
Support HR compliance training programs and ensure employee participation in mandatory training
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in HR or a similar role
Knowledge of state and federal employment laws, including FMLA and ADA
Experience supporting audits and working with external vendors is preferred
Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and compliance tools is a plus
