Customer Analytics Manager
A company is looking for a Customer Analytics Manager II, responsible for directing all customer analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in strategic marketing decisions related to customer needs, preferences, and behaviors
Lead prioritization of analytics initiatives in collaboration with business partners
Present analysis results and recommendations to senior management and collaborate on key initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in a quantitative field
9 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a managerial role
Experience managing vendor/partner relationships
Comprehensive understanding of statistical tools and techniques for data analysis
Managerial responsibility for teams, both onshore and offshore
