Key Responsibilities
Develop data-driven solutions to support strategic decision-making and enhance business performance
Analyze complex data sets and deliver actionable insights while monitoring key portfolio KPIs
Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities across various business functions
Required Qualifications
6+ years of relevant analytical experience with a bachelor's degree or 4+ years with a master's degree in quantitative fields
4+ years of proficiency in SQL and experience with major BI platforms like Tableau or Sigma
1+ years of hands-on experience using Python or R for analytical problem-solving
Technically hands-on with a proactive approach to driving initiatives end-to-end
Experience in Credit Card, Loans, or other financial services is a plus
