Customer Care Specialist II
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers via phone, chat, or email, providing exceptional support and addressing inquiries
Accurately review and document vehicle conditions and conduct comprehensive background checks on vehicle histories
Assist sellers with transaction processes and coordinate with transport companies for vehicle pickup or drop-off
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems
Comfortable using phones and live chat with a high aptitude for technology
Prior automotive experience and vehicle titling knowledge are preferred but not required
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with a positive attitude
