Customer Delivery Manager
A company is looking for a Customer Delivery Manager to manage client onboarding and ensure ongoing success within their ecosystem for consumer-permissioned data.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients through all stages of onboarding and ongoing support
Build and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones and deliverables
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating collaboration and communication
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or technical program management, preferably in SaaS, API integration, or fintech
Proven experience managing the end-to-end onboarding process, including technical discovery and integration
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
Deep understanding of API-based platforms and enterprise software
Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong customer-centric focus
