Customer Service and HR Assistant
A company is looking for a High-impact Strategic Customer Service & HR Assistant (Full Time).
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer support across email, chat, and phone channels
Assist in HR administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
Collaborate cross-functionally with team leads to adjust focus between departments as needed
Required Qualifications
2+ years in a customer service, HR, or administrative support role
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field preferred
Experience with HR tasks such as onboarding or compliance is a plus
Proficiency in customer service platforms and HRIS systems
Understanding of employment law or HR practices is a bonus
