Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of innovative behavioral health programs to enhance service delivery and accessibility Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize behavioral health needs and develop a comprehensive crisis continuum Analyze behavioral health data to inform strategic decisions and evaluate program effectiveness for continuous improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with a minimum of seven years of experience in treatment service provision and supervision Five years of leadership experience focused on program development Licensed to provide Behavioral Health services in New Mexico (MD, DO, RN with APRN licensure, LISW, LPCC, or LIMFT preferred) Must reside in the state of New Mexico
