Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Customer Solutions Engineering team to achieve goals and objectives
Provide exceptional value-driven services to customers and mentor junior consultants
Develop team processes for training and ensure effective communication with project management
Required Qualifications
8+ years in a related Information Technology position
5+ years of Project Management, Consulting, or management experience
5+ years of development, application lifecycle, or change management experience
Experience with legacy platforms (Mainframe, IBM i) is a strong plus
Previous customer-facing experience is a plus
