A company is looking for a Customer Support Architect. Key Responsibilities Manage post-sales technical relationships and multiple customer environments Define onboarding plans and guide deployments from kickoff through adoption Track deployment progress and customer health using data and tooling Required Qualifications Background in cybersecurity, IT, or infrastructure engineering 2-3 years of experience supporting enterprise customers in the cybersecurity or device management space Experience with cloud platforms or device management tools Ability to influence technical stakeholders and build alignment Familiarity with osquery and open source tools is a plus
