Customer Support Operations Representative
A company is looking for a Call Center Support / Operations Representative 1.
Key Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat, utilizing established procedures and software applications
Provide timely resolution of customer issues, ensuring satisfaction across various user groups
Track and document customer issues through a computerized system, employing effective problem-solving techniques
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of call center experience
Experience in a help desk or call center environment (minimum of 1 year)
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SalesForce is a plus
Bilingual (Spanish or French) is strongly encouraged to apply
