Key Responsibilities Build and nurture relationships with referral sources such as healthcare professionals and facilities Educate patients and caregivers about services, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines Facilitate patient transitions from hospitals or care facilities to home health or hospice services Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required At least one year of experience in healthcare, customer service, or a related field Two years of payroll-related experience preferred Prior recruiting experience is preferred Must reside in one of the specified states: AR, IA, KY, NE, TN, TX, WA
