Customer Technical Support Representative
A company is looking for a Customer Technical Support Representative. Key Responsibilities Log and classify all calls and requests for assistance in the call tracking database Respond to customer inquiries regarding technical issues with software and electronic products Track inquiry resolution progress and proactively update customers on status or resolutions Required Qualifications Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience Basic hardware and software troubleshooting skills Call center experience preferred Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
