Key Responsibilities Articulate departmental goals and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance programs Oversee faculty hiring, development, and evaluation while managing curriculum and student conduct Lead strategic planning and budgeting processes to ensure program quality and relevance Required Qualifications Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a closely related field Ten or more years of programming experience in Python and/or R Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases and familiarity with languages like C or C++ preferred Five or more years of experience in cloud infrastructures such as AWS, OCI, Azure, or Google Cloud Academic leadership experience, including roles as a department chair or program director
