A company is looking for a Departmental Analyst 9-P11, 12 Talent Development Liaison.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a resource for employment solutions and support employers in high-demand industries
Establish partnerships and collaborate with Michigan Works! Agencies, economic development organizations, and educational institutions
Identify, research, and develop strategies to meet the talent needs of employers within industry sectors
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
Departmental Analyst 9: No specific experience required
Departmental Analyst 10: One year of professional experience
Departmental Analyst P11: Two years of professional experience, including one year at the intermediate level in state service
Departmental Analyst 12: Three years of professional experience, including one year at the experienced level in state service
