Depot Special Delivery Technician
A company is looking for a Depot Special Delivery technician to provide technical support and service for equipment configurations and repairs.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, repair, and ship equipment according to service level agreements (SLA)
Utilize the Service Now ticketing system for ticket assignments and updates
Maintain a clean workspace and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications and Education
Certifications such as A+, HP, and Dell for hardware repairs
Knowledge of Windows OS (7, 8.x, 10) and Microsoft Office (2007-2016, Office 365)
Familiarity with Apple MAC OS and basic troubleshooting of VPNs
Experience with remote tools (e.g., RDP, Team Viewer)
Ability to use ticketing systems like Remedy or ServiceNow
