A company is looking for an RPA/Digital Business Analyst to enhance patient and provider experiences through digital transformation. Key Responsibilities Manage automation implementation across various Lines of Business and document workflows and processes Support the development and review of business requirements and ensure readiness for automation Educate and mentor team members on automation best practices and manage stakeholder expectations Required Qualifications At least 3 years of professional experience in a related IT field Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, or a related field Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, is preferred Experience with UiPath and MS Power Platform is highly preferred Familiarity with project management and change management methodologies
