Director of Global Deal Desk
A company is looking for a Director of Global Deal Desk to build and lead a global deal desk function focused on optimizing deal structuring and pricing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing global deal desk team
Own and optimize the quote-to-cash technology stack for efficient execution of global deals
Lead the development of strategic pricing policies and collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex enterprise deals
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or related roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions
Deep expertise in quote-to-cash technologies such as Salesforce CPQ and similar platforms
Proven ability to design and optimize global pricing and deal management strategies
Strong understanding of financial modeling and commercial terms negotiation
Experience scaling operational processes in fast-growing, global technology or SaaS companies
