Director of Go-to-Market Insights
A company is looking for a Director of Go-to-Market (GTM) Insights.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the GTM value strategy by translating organizational goals into performance analytics and strategic frameworks
Act as a senior advisor to various teams, aligning business priorities with measurable outcomes
Develop cross-functional measurement frameworks to quantify the value delivered to pharmaceutical clients
Required Qualifications
15+ years of relevant experience in analytics, GTM strategy, or healthcare consulting roles
At least 4 years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams
Deep experience with BI platforms and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
Strong command of pharmaceutical marketing metrics (e.g., TRx/NBRx, ROI, attribution models)
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS) strongly preferred
