Director of HR
A company is looking for a Director of HR to develop and execute key people strategies and manage global HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a key advisor to leadership on HR strategy, culture, and workforce planning
Lead and improve annual performance review and compensation cycles
Guide long-term hiring strategy and talent acquisition priorities
Required Qualifications
7-10+ years of HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of US labor laws, benefits, and compensation practices
Experience managing PEO/EOR providers in a remote/international setting
Proven ability to implement career frameworks and engagement strategies
Track record of partnering with senior leadership to shape HR strategy
