Director of Incentives Strategy
A company is looking for a Director of Incentives Strategy to lead the design and optimization of commissions and incentives programs.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a scalable and competitive commissions and incentives structure aligned with business objectives
Lead annual and quarterly sales planning, including territory design and quota allocation
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution of performance-based compensation plans
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in sales operations, performance management, or compensation design
Proven experience in developing and managing commission/incentive structures in a B2B environment
Strong understanding of sales and revenue operations, financial modeling, and performance metrics
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with performance management tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
