Key Responsibilities Develop and implement fleet maintenance strategies and policies for the Last Mile Fleet Maintenance division Oversee maintenance and repair of last mile vehicles to ensure fleet readiness and minimize downtime Manage and lead a team of fleet managers, technicians, and administrative staff, providing guidance and support Required Qualifications Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in Fleet Management/Maintenance Operations Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role within the fleet maintenance industry In-depth knowledge of Last/Final Mile fleet maintenance and repair Ability to develop and implement operational strategies that align with business goals Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
