Director of Organizational Development
A company is looking for a Director of Culture, Belonging & Organizational Development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead initiatives for culture change, inclusion, and employee engagement
Oversee the employee listening program, including survey design and action planning
Design and implement organizational development interventions and support enterprise-wide change management
Required Qualifications
15 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or HRBP roles
5 years of people management experience
Advanced knowledge of survey methodology and analytics
Experience collaborating with senior leadership
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
