State Licensed Junior Litigation Counsel
A company is looking for a Junior Litigation Counsel. Key Responsibilities Assist with handling disputes and legal claims across North America, including drafting correspondence and coordinating local litigation counsel Manage external counsel to ensure budget and service expectations are met Maintain an internal tracking database of ongoing claims and remain current on relevant areas of law impacting litigation risk Required Qualifications JD or LL.B from an accredited law school and a member of at least one State Bar in good standing 1-4 years of litigation experience; in-house experience is preferred but not required Knowledge in areas such as real estate agreements, labor and employment, or tort law is preferred but not required Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment
