Director of Product Support
A company is looking for a Director, Product Support to lead and scale their support function.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and scale a high-performing global support team, including internal staff and outsourced partners
Refine the product support model and manage key performance metrics
Build and manage the support tech stack in partnership with Engineering and Product
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in client operations or customer support, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in leading teams in a fast-paced healthtech environment
Experience designing and implementing client operations
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
Familiarity with support platforms like Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud
