Director of Thought Leader Liaison

A company is looking for a Director, Thought Leader Liaison for TEPEZZA. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the strategic plan for the Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) organization Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing TLL team to achieve brand objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of TEPEZZA and inform brand strategy Required Qualifications Doctorate degree with 4 years of marketing/commercial experience, or Master's degree with 8 years, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience At least 4 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role Experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry is required Preferred experience includes leading a national TLL team and relationships with opinion leaders in ophthalmology or endocrinology Strong leadership capabilities and a track record of developing team members
