A company is looking for a Zendesk Administrator - Contractor. Key Responsibilities Provide technical administration support for Zendesk and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Coordinate the launch of new features and assist in workflow/process design Maintain documentation and support the global Zendesk implementation team Required Qualifications 5+ years of System or Application Administration experience 3+ years of experience with Zendesk development/integrations 3+ years of advanced knowledge of developer tools including Zendesk SDK and API Associate or higher degree in a related field Zendesk administration certification is desired
