Director of Vendor Partnerships

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Vendor Partnerships to oversee and manage key vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement vendor management processes and strategies to optimize performance and drive cost savings Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors while monitoring their performance and compliance Lead a team of vendor management professionals and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vendor management goals with business objectives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred A minimum of 7 years of experience managing outsourcing engagements, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven track record overseeing multi-tower outsourcing agreements in both business process and technology domains Demonstrated ability to establish and lead an outsourcing function, including building partnership frameworks Strong negotiation and contract management skills
