A company is looking for a Client Liaison - Disability Benefits. Key Responsibilities Communicates custom workflows to the operations team and manages escalations for service issues Researches and resolves inquiries received in the assigned client's custom inbox Partners with the Implementation Manager to ensure operational knowledge is communicated prior to client go-live dates Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience Minimum of five years' experience in long-term disability administration Minimum of three years' experience in a client-support role Experience managing Disability or Leave claims operationally Experience working with mid to national size clients in a client-facing position
