A company is looking for a Pre-Access Central Scheduler I. Key Responsibilities Schedule and pre-register patients for various appointments and procedures Handle high call volumes and manage multiple phone calls across departments Input patient data accurately and validate insurance information Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, or 4 years of revenue cycle experience Minimum of 2 years of revenue cycle experience and/or contact center experience Excellent computer skills with the ability to self-resolve technical issues Experience with multi-channel phone systems Ability to mentor new hires as needed
