Dry Utility Estimator

A company is looking for a Dry Utility Estimator to join their team on a contract basis with potential for contract-to-hire. Key Responsibilities: Review plans and details, perform take-offs, prepare costings, and write proposals for submission Draft and submit questions to clients for clarification on project scope to ensure comprehensive proposals Solicit material vendors and subcontractors, confirming all materials and work needed are quoted Required Qualifications: Base building estimating experience, particularly with exterior duct banks Data center experience is highly preferred Basic math skills with knowledge of material types and labor/equipment resources Understanding of production-based bidding is mandatory
