E-Commerce Marketing Manager

A company is looking for an E-Commerce & Retention Marketing Manager to lead the performance, growth, and optimization of their e-commerce site and customer lifecycle marketing. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily performance and optimization of the e-commerce site, including merchandising and promotional strategies Lead retention strategies through email marketing, SMS, and automated customer engagement flows Monitor and report on key performance metrics to assess site and retention effectiveness Required Qualifications: 3-6 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles, preferably with online retailers or DTC brands Strong understanding of Shopify and Klaviyo, along with basic front-end UX best practices Analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Shopify reports Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Experience working collaboratively with creative, editorial, merchandising, and operations teams
