EAP Worklife Analyst
A company is looking for an EAP Worklife Analyst for the Medicare Team. Key Responsibilities Provide consultation, assessment, and resource referrals for child care, elder/adult care, and mental health needs Assess needs, propose options, and research potential community service providers Document member interactions and complete outbound calls in a call center environment Required Qualifications 1+ year of experience locating and referring to community resources 1+ year of experience working with elderly and/or adults with disabilities 1+ year of experience in social work, social services, or case management 1+ year of experience conducting psychosocial and/or needs assessments Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field required
