Email Strategy Manager
A company is looking for an Email Strategy Manager to maximize customer value through email offerings for Enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as an email marketing expert to drive results for customers' multi-channel strategies
Analyze and monitor program KPIs and health metrics to advise on email program improvements
Act as the first point of contact for resolving technical blockers affecting customer success
Required Qualifications
3+ years of account management experience, preferably at an ESP or CDP
Strong knowledge of the email ecosystem and email deliverability
Experience with HTML/CSS, APIs, SFTP, and webhooks
Ability to strengthen customer relationships and proactively manage retention risks
Experience in a fast-paced, innovative work environment
