Employee Benefits Specialist
A company is looking for an Employee Benefits and Well-Being Specialist Sr.
Key Responsibilities
Designs and implements benefits and wellness plans, evaluating their cost competitiveness and effectiveness
Interprets FMLA, state-sponsored leave, and ADA implications related to leaves of absence and disability benefits
Administers benefit plans, communicates policies, and provides guidance to HR and employees on benefits administration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
SHRM/CEBS/CBP certification preferred
Typically requires 5+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
Prior experience with UKG Pro preferred
