A company is looking for an Enterprise Architecture Manager to provide strategic leadership in technology decisions across architecture areas. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of architects in daily operations and align technology strategy with business goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are integrated and adhere to architectural standards Develop and communicate the technology architecture plan and evaluate business needs to establish project priorities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience Master's degree in technology or business is desirable 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Experience in architecting enterprise applications across various domains Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles and practices, preferably in the Financial Services industry
