Enterprise Risk Management Director
A company is looking for a Director, Enterprise Risk Management who will oversee enterprise-wide legal initiatives and risk management processes. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the identification, evaluation, mitigation, and monitoring of operational and strategic risks Develop tools, practices, and policies for analyzing and reporting enterprise risks while ensuring compliance with regulations Direct the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Program operations, including incident response and emergency planning Required Qualifications Minimum bachelor's degree; master's degree preferred At least 10 years of experience in project or program management Experience working with databases and understanding data structure impacts on business processes Ability to manage relationships with contractors, vendors, or agencies; experience managing staff is preferred Existing knowledge of organizational structure and relationships with key departments such as Finance and IT Security
