Key Responsibilities Manage the implementation and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring user adoption and compliance Curate and develop instructional materials and multimedia content aligned with organizational learning objectives Oversee digital learning platforms and enhance training frameworks, incorporating technology-driven learning strategies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field 10-12 years of experience in administering Learning Management Systems and instructional design, preferably with Cornerstone Expertise in e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
