Evaluation Expert
A company is looking for an Evaluation Expert for a four-month assignment to evaluate the African Adaptation Acceleration Program. Key Responsibilities Support the evaluation design, methodology, and work plan, ensuring alignment with OECD-DAC and GCA evaluation frameworks Oversee the collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data Guide the assessment of VfM analysis, climate adaptation results, and gender equality outcomes Required Qualifications Advanced degree in Development Studies, Economics, Public Policy, Climate Change, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in program evaluation, particularly in climate adaptation and VfM analysis Strong understanding of OECD-DAC evaluation criteria and gender-sensitive evaluation approaches Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies Prior experience evaluating programs for Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs)
