A company is looking for a Specialist in Credit Reporting Escalated Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and respond to escalated credit reporting disputes, focusing on Identity Theft and Block Notifications
Engage with customers, dealers, and third parties to gather facts and document disputes accurately
Provide excellent customer service while meeting department productivity and quality metrics
Required Qualifications
High school diploma
FCRA Certification within the past 2 years
Minimum 1 year of credit dispute resolution experience
Experience with e-OSCAR, Artiva, and LSS
Familiarity with credit reporting agencies and bureau reporting is preferred
