Key Responsibilities Draft and prepare briefs for mass tort and class action cases in federal venues Conduct extensive legal research to support case arguments Collaborate with the Complex Litigation practice group on ongoing cases Required Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of federal litigation experience, including dispositive motion practice or appeals Prior experience with mass tort or MDL briefs is strongly desired Must be licensed and in good standing with the state bar Exceptional research skills, particularly using Westlaw Self-starter with long-term career goals
