File copy performance issue on Oracle Linux 9.5

I have a fresh install of Oracle Linux 9.5 running on a local SSD (no RAID, no multipath). The system uses LVM + XFS. There are two logical volumes: - `/dev/mapper/ol_oracle01-root` (mounted on `/`) - `/dev/mapper/ol_oracle01-home` (mounted on `/home`) Both are on the same physical SSD (`/dev/sda`)... (Budget: $30 - $250 USD, Jobs: Linux, Red Hat)
