Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead Financial Analysts, providing project leadership and financial performance management Analyze business plans and financial performance metrics, assisting in financial reporting and strategic business planning Collaborate with the Finance Director on budget preparation, reimbursement processes, and business review meetings Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and six years of relevant professional experience, including two years in a managerial role Experience with Microsoft Office and executive presentation skills 6-8 years of experience in management consulting and/or international healthcare finance (preferred) Master's Degree and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation (preferred) Familiarity with Strata, Oracle, and Tableau (preferred)
