FINRA Licensed Customer Service Agent
A company is looking for a Financial Customer Service Professional. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent service for customers' retirement savings accounts within a call center Educate customers on plan updates and process account changes as directed Participate in training to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses Required Qualifications Availability for a 40-hour work week, including some evenings and Saturdays Associate's degree or higher and at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience Ability to work overtime as needed based on business requirements Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred Experience in financial services or call center environments is a plus
