A company is looking for a Retirement Service & Support Specialist. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for clients transferring funds from prior firms into existing accounts Provide optimal service and follow-up to clients throughout the transfer or rollover process Oversee not-in-good order items associated with the transfer process and ensure necessary paperwork is submitted correctly Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experience A minimum of four years of directly related experience is required if no degree is held 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial service-related field FINRA Fingerprinting required
