Key Responsibilities Lead a team of product managers and own the roadmap for fintech products supporting FLAT operations Define and execute product strategies that automate and enhance corporate financial and compliance workflows Drive AI integration across FLAT systems, collaborating with engineering and data science teams Required Qualifications 5+ years as a Product leader, with experience in Agile development and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) 6+ years of FinTech product management experience Proven experience in leading AI-powered or data-driven product development from ideation to launch Deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting, tax, or legal operations Experience working with SaaS tools, custom-built platforms, and AI/ML models
