Florida Licensed Dispatcher

A company is looking for a Dispatcher to coordinate towing services and field support related to automobile insurance claims. Key Responsibilities Receive, triage, and manage incoming service requests related to accidents and field inspections Utilize Guidewire ClaimCenter and Audatex to coordinate vehicle tows and dispatch service providers Monitor the progress of dispatched services and ensure timely resolution through effective communication Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of experience in dispatching, roadside assistance, or insurance operations Working knowledge of Guidewire is strongly preferred Experience in a property and casualty insurance environment is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatch software tools
