A company is looking for a Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner, part time. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and provide care for primary care, acute, chronically ill, and transitional care patients Provide patient counseling on various health topics including pregnancy prevention and medication management Document patient care in an EHR and coordinate care with internal and external colleagues Required Qualifications Must hold a FL license and have Independent Practice with 3000 hours of overall experience Licensed in at least three states: OH, MA, MD, ME, DC, RI as FNP 1 year of experience in primary care, urgent care, or hospital settings
