User Tech Support Specialist
A company is looking for a User Tech Support Specialist - 2nd Shift (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for hardware/software issues, resolving or escalating as needed
Log and track issues in the Enterprise Service Management tool
Manage user accounts via Active Directory, including group membership and rights assignment
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of Microsoft desktop OS, applications, and PC hardware
3-5 years of experience in Service Desk support
Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft MCSA, or ITIL v3
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist employees on-site if required
