A company is looking for an Inpatient Coder. Key Responsibilities Analyze, evaluate, and review client medical records for accurate code assignment Prepare daily coding logs and maintain coding accuracy of 95% Adhere to ethical coding standards and maintain productivity based on national and client-specific standards Required Qualifications Active RHIA/RHIT/CCS credential in good standing with AHIMA Minimum of 7 years of hospital-based, inpatient coding experience Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Experience with Cerner Powerchart is preferred Ability to navigate coding in a multi-facility health system organization is preferred
