Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to welcome new members and provide information about the Healthplan Identify trends from calls that may suggest improvements in policies or procedures Facilitate quarterly Member Advisory meetings and meet quality assurance metrics Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare call center Experience with Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems Experience with data entry and call documentation
