Key Responsibilities Perform color correction and grading on video content to enhance visual quality and consistency Collaborate with directors, editors, and other creative team members to understand project requirements and visual goals Ensure that the color palette aligns with the project's mood, tone, and overall aesthetic Qualifications Proven experience as a Video Colorist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating color grading skills Proficiency with color grading software such as DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro Strong understanding of color theory and its application in video production Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines Flexibility to work on a per project, on-call basis
